Her experience with preparing a home for showings and new construction began at 14, when her family relocated from Texas to Virginia.  Her daily chore was prepping the house for any potential showings.  She was overly interested in the construction of the new home, questioning the site agents and notating issues in the framing that didn't match the approved change sheet.

As an adult, she facilitated moves from Virginia to North Carolina - and then as a parent of two, from North Carolina to Jacksonville, Florida. Remembering the struggles she had with moving as a child, she took extra care when moving her children to ease their stress.
